The s ignal strength may not be strong enough from the wireless access point. The physical location of the access point also plays a vital role in determining how close you must be for a reliable connection to occur. The closer you are and the less obstructed your line of vision to the access point, the higher your chances of success will be. Watch the signal strength indicator at the bottom of the available signals window to tell you when the signal strength is at its strongest.
I entered my voucher code but it still fails to log me in?
It is possible that you may have entered an alpha "O" for a numeric zero. Remember that the code is case sensitive.
How to logout when I lost my pop up timing window?

However if the time remaining in your account is less than 15 minutes then you should logout via the logout page, otherwise the account would expire before the idle timeout is activated.  
Why my download is working so slow.
Hotspot-Internet's network is currently capable of supporting speeds of up to 11Mbps. The actual data download speed depends on the speed of the broadband link from the hotspot to the Internet, the speed of individual websites, and the number of users currently using the hotspot. However, since the service uses business-grade broadband, the speed achieved is much greater than that of the fastest dial-up connection.
My download is getting stuck after 20MB for a 50MB file.
This may happen if we have too many users on our network. We strictly use quality of service (QOS) algorithm to provide higher priority to web surfers and mail users than FTP or http downloads. Our service is mainly tuned for internet surfers and business users than gamers. We don't have set limit on download but we wouldn't recommend downloading more than 10MB file in busy hours.  
Can I use Hotspot-Internet with something other than a laptop?
Yes. You can use anything that's "compatible with 802.11b wireless high-speed technology."

What is Walled Garden ?

I can't open up a gaming connection to outside gaming server.
